This item requires some installation by the buyer. This is our skull 3-way toggle switch cover. The switch cover is solid metal, cast in a high quality lead free pewter. It's clear coated with a laquer to keep it nice and shiny. The inside diameter of the center hole is just a few millimeters over 1/2 inch. It Will fit all guitars U.S. and foreign that have some type of 3-way toggle switch, whether it has a plastic cover or a metal washer under the nut. It comes with 4 real small black screws so it can be centered and screwed down snug in place. Your existing nut also secures it in place. The skull cover comes with the screw holes in place and the small screws fit in the holes flat & flush with the cover so that they don't stick out at all. You don't have to put the screws in place if you don't want to but, I would highly recommend you do - just in case it gets loose and rotates leaving scratches were the 4 skulls stick out. If you have a Les Paul® or SG®, don't worry about the holes you drill at all, if you were to put your old Les Paul® or SG® plastic toggle switch cover back on, it would cover the screw holes you made installing this skull cover. Les Pauls® and some other types of guitars have slight curves of the wood in the toggle switch area. This skull cover is thin enough to easily be slightly bent to fit the curve of your guitar's shape.
